FAQ

What kind of shirts do you use?
The shirts we print on are 100% cotton shirts that are “totzeret ha’aretz” (Made in Israel).

What sizes are available?
T-Shirts are available in: 
Adult sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL
Child sizes: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16

What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately we are not able to take returns or make exchanges. 

Do you make special bulk orders?
Yes we do! For orders of 50 or more, simply contact us with amount and sizes.  For over 100 pieces you can even choose your own background colors.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash for pickup orders only.  Credit card payments are done through PayPal.  Please refer to PayPal’s terms of service for further details.

Do you ship worldwide? 
Yes, we ship worldwide.  All shipping day estimates do not include production time.
Standard Shipping within Israel: 20 NIS.
For pick-up orders within Jerusalem or the Gush or for shipping outside of Israel:
please email your order and tell us what sizes and how many of each T-shirt you would like as well as your shipping address and we will invoice you directly via PayPal to whatever email address you give us.  

How long will it take to receive my "OTP" shirts if shipped abroad?
All "Obstacle to Peace" T-shirts that are shipped within Israel arrive in  4-5 business days.  All shirts shipped out of Israel arrive via ground shipping within 14-20 business days of order (unless a faster form of shipping is chosen).  For orders within Israel, your shirts will be sent via registered mail through The Israel Post.  We do not take responsibility for postal delays. Under no circumstances will refunds be given because the item arrived late. The production can take an extra day or two if the item is made incorrectly and there are many unexplained postal delays world wide. Again,OTP does not take responsibility for these delays. We can only ship to locations that the Israel Post ships to otherwise please choose for a Jerusalem pick-up.
